The Triebel Cup

The time has come again for the yearly Triebel Cup. As we all prepare ourselves tonight for the match tomorrow against Severn River, we remember what the meaning of this game is and we think about how hard we are going to fight to win. I look forward to reporting the outcome of the day. Good luck to all the Frederick Rugby Teams.

WVU Game Report

Hello fellow ruggers!
So we had a wonderful game against WVU last weekend. It was a tough and muddy battled and in the end we tied against our opponents. Thank you to the WVU girls to welcoming us to their field. 

Game Report: FWRFC vs GWU

It was a valiant effort shown by both the Frederick Women and the George Washington Women. The final score of the A side game was 44 GWU to 5 FWRFC. Katie Dyke scored the one try in the last couple minutes in the first half.  The final score of the B side game was 0 GWU to 7 FWRFC, Danielle Jacobs scored the only try in the B side game. At the social the man of the match this weekend was Leslie Walsh who played an amazing first game for the Frederick Women.

Our next game is next weekend at WVU.

SATURDAY'S A RUGBY DAY!!!!

This Saturday will be our first game against George Washington University at Walnut Ridge Park @ 1. The pitch's address is:  1166 Rocky Springs Road, Frederick, MD 21702. So come out and watch an exciting match!!!

First Outdoor Practice!!!
